The WMC Scheduling System is provided for authorized school scheduling, account management, schedule viewing, and communication between administrators and teachers.
Users must use the system only for legitimate school-related activities. Accessing another user’s account, attempting to bypass system restrictions, or using the platform for unauthorized purposes is prohibited.
You are responsible for keeping your email, password, and account access private. Do not share login credentials. Report suspected unauthorized access to the school administrator as soon as possible.
Administrators manage official schedule entries. Teachers should review the schedules available to their accounts and report incorrect or missing information to the administrator.
The Admin–Teacher chat is intended for school-related communication. Users must avoid abusive, harmful, misleading, or unrelated content and should not send confidential information unless it is necessary for school operations.
The system may keep records needed for operation, security, troubleshooting, communication status, and administrative review, including account activity and message-related records.
The school may update schedules, system features, access rules, and these terms when necessary. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance or technical problems.
Access may be limited or removed when an account is no longer authorized, is misused, or creates a security or operational risk to the school system.
The system may store information such as name, email address, account role, assigned schedules, account activity, chat messages, message delivery/read status, and login-session information.
Information is used to authenticate users, display and manage schedules, support Admin–Teacher communication, show message notifications and statuses, maintain system security, and support administrative review.
Access is limited according to account role and system permissions. Teachers can access information authorized for their accounts, while administrators have access needed to operate and manage the scheduling system.
Admin–Teacher conversations are stored by the system so both participants can view conversation history and so Sent, Delivered, Seen, unread counts, and notifications can function.
The system uses account authentication, role-based access, session controls, and password hashing where implemented. Users are also responsible for protecting their own login credentials and devices.
System records may be kept while needed for scheduling, account administration, communication history, troubleshooting, security, and other legitimate school operational purposes. Session information is used to keep users signed in and apply the correct permissions.
Users should report incorrect account or schedule information to the administrator. Requests concerning access to or correction of system information should be handled through the school’s authorized administrator.
These Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy may be updated when the system or school procedures change.
On your first sign-in, checking the agreement box confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Your agreement is saved, so you will not need to check it again unless the policy changes.
